LED PHANTOM Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy (Effective for Orders placed 6/22/22 or after)
Parcel:
To be eligible for free UPS Ground shipping below requirements must be met.
- Orders must be over $750.
- Orders must have less than 5 packages
- Each package must be less than 20lbs, and less than 44”
* Any damages and errors must be reported within 72 business hours to orders@ledphantom.com
*Any Expedited orders will not qualify for free shipping.
Local Deliveries Chicago Land Area $75:
To be eligible for free local delivery below requirements must be met.
- Orders must be over $1500.

Local Deliveries Outside Chicago Land Area (90 min max travel time) $100
To be eligible for free local delivery below requirements must be met.
- Orders must be over $2500.
* Any damages and errors must be reported within 72 business hours to orders@ledphantom.com
Freight Orders:
To be eligible for free standard freight shipping below requirements must be met.
- Orders must be over $2000 for states of: IL, WI, MI, IN, OH,
- Orders must be over $3000 for states of: MN, SD, NE, KS, TN, KY, IA, MO
- Orders must be over $4000 for states of: NC, SC, VA, WV, PA, AL, MS, AR, LA, OK, SD,
- Orders must be over $5000 for states of: NY, NJ, CT, RI VT, NH, MA, ME, FL, MT, ND, GA, CO, MD, DE, MD, TX
- Customer pick up or paid shipping only: WA, OR, CA, AZ, UT, ID, NV, NM
* Any damages and errors must be reported within 72 business hours to orders@ledphantom.com
* Free freight shipping is based off a single skid rate, a $50.00 per extra skid fee may apply depending on order cost. Liftgate, inside delivery, uncrating, debris removal, or any other special services a $75.00 fee may apply.
* Orders may be combined to meet minimum for free delivery granted delivery date and address are the same.
