Employee Referral Program

• Bonus Amount: $500.00 

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of LED Phantom Distribution Inc., excluding hiring managers directly responsible for this position. 

• Payment: The referral bonus will be paid in full after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment. 

• Systems Design and Integration 

• Analyze customer lighting requirements and recommend integrated product 

• solutions. 

• Design and implement workflow systems that align order processing, inventory 

• management, and customer delivery. 

• Process Optimization and Reliability 

• Apply systems thinking to improve coordination between internal departments 

• (sales, logistics, and finance). 

• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and develop strategies for 

• resolution. 

• Establish metrics and feedback loops to monitor and improve system reliability 

• and maintainability. 

• Project Coordination and Implementation 

• Coordinate multi-team projects involving lighting retrofits or large-scale system 

• installations. 

• Manage end-to-end timelines and ensure cross-functional team alignment. 

• Customer and Product Systems Management 

• Customize CRM processes to enhance client relationship management and 

• streamline service delivery. 

• Work closely with technical sales and product teams to ensure that lighting 

• systems meet engineering specifications and compliance requirements. 

• Risk Management and Quality Assurance 

• Conduct testing, evaluation, and risk assessment for large or customized lighting 

• system deployments. 

• Ensure product compatibility, efficiency (e.g., energy savings), and adherence to 

• customer and regulatory requirements. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial

2. Screening and Interview Process: 

Referred candidates will go through the regular screening and interview process. Referral status will not impact hiring decisions. 

3. Referral Bonus Payment: 

If your referral is hired and remains with LED Phantom Distribution Inc. or 90 days, you will receive the referral bonus payment in your paycheck following the 90-day period.

• Employee Eligibility: Open to all current LED Phantom Distribution Inc. employees, except those involved in the direct hiring decision for this role. 

• Referral Eligibility: Only first-time referrals for the position are eligible. If a candidate is already in the hiring process or previously applied, the referral is not eligible for a bonus.
